Major Sunil Dagar (Retd)
Major Sunil Dagar has over 20 years of cumulative experience in leading troops in the battle zone, training students, educators and corporate executives in leadership and teamwork. He has facilitated training interventions for organisations like IBM, Ellucian, Accenture, SVEC group of institutions, IIT Kanpur, Stonehill international school, Geekay Global School, Vijay Kiran centre of excellence and many more. He has helped over 6000 students understand themselves better and realize their goals through various training modules.
Known for building teams of excellence, identification of leadership talent, grooming young generation by unlocking their true potential he has been instrumental in conceptualising and setting up various leadership training hubs. He has also worked in collaboration with Israel, US, Swedish forces and scientists of DRDO to provide innovative solutions for the Indian army. He is an alumnus of Premier institutes like MDI- Gurgaon and Officers Training Academy. He is a qualified instructor of the Indian-Army, certified “Train The Trainer” from Bodhih Institute and a Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner. He is the recipient of the Gold medal for best officer commissioned in the Army Ordnance Corps, recipient of double governor’s gold medal for the best all-round student. He is, PADI certified open water scuba diver and national level football player.
He believes one should “seek challenges, experiment and evolve”.
His immediate aim is to transform rural and semi-urban areas through education.

Mr. Anil Dagar
Mr. Anil Dager is an alumnus of Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai and Kirori Mal College, Delhi University. He is an accomplished entrepreneur who believes in philanthropy and is always ready to aid, support and encourage young minds. He has been an enthusiastic athlete and represented his state in various national games. He takes keen interest in sports and extra curriculars and believes that each child should engage in them for the purpose of holistic development.
Through personalised attention and genuine care, he believes in fostering an environment where students feel empowered to explore their capabilities and take ownership of their educational journey.
Mrs. Madhu
An M.A, M-Ed, with a passion for encouraging intellectual growth and instilling a love for learning, Mrs. Madhu stands as a tireless advocate for the empowerment of children and believes that every lesson is a voyage of learning and that potential of each child is unwavering.
Through her firm commitment to education, she believes in preparing students not just for exams but for a lifetime of learning, growth and meaningful contributions to society.
Principal’s Message
The 21st century belongs to India and to fully utilise the huge potential and be the global growth engine, our nation needs creative ideas and innovation to make a global impact. I firmly believe that immense talent resides in rural areas and small cities, which if nurtured well, can contribute enormously to the growth of our nation. Children especially girls in these areas have got limited access to quality mentorship, guidance, learning tools, advanced technology and state of the art infrastructure. At Kalaaveer, it is our earnest endeavour to bridge this gap so that each student has access to equal opportunities for an equitable world.
