"Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. Security does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than exposure."

Our Leadership Curriculum involves incorporating a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and experiential learning opportunities. We implement this curriculum through sports, co-curricular activities, experiential learning and outbound adventure activities.

  • Sports - Incorporating team games into educational settings can contribute significantly to the holistic development of students, addressing not only their physical health but also their social, emotional, and cognitive well-being. At Kalaaveer Public School we focus on improving students’ physical fitness through athletics and communication, collaboration, social skills through team sports of Basketball, Football and Volleyball.

  • Co- curricular Activities – We design and integrate debates, declamations, discussions, drama, public speaking etc for every class to ensure ample opportunities for all students to express themselves creatively and become confident, innovative individuals who learn to face challenges, handle failures and celebrate successes with grace.

  • Outbound Adventure Programs – Our Leadership development philosophy is based on acquiring the ability to lead oneself first than others. Consequently, we focus on experiential learning through various outbound adventure activities that include but not limited to hiking, trekking, mountain expeditions, scuba diving, rafting and skiing. These activities take students out of their comfort zones and into outdoor settings, providing unique opportunities to take on leadership roles, make decisions, and guide their peers through challenges. Leadership skills developed in these outdoor settings are transferable to various life situations.
